Title: is this true? What you guys thin
Post by: midwestmuscle on September 01, 2008, 06:22:07 PM
I heard this weekend that athletes and powerlifters are using hydrogen peroxide to help healing and circulation.  Apparently, it helps oxygen go to the injury and speeds recovery. Not sure how much to take, but heard they swallow and inject to injured area?

I heard that consuming a gallon of bleach is good too. It cleans out all the bad bacteria that mess up your digestion....

Some of the fellows at www.Elitefts.com, most notably Eric Talmant Bathe in it, I believe he even drinks small amounts. They claim it helps with restoration, healing, etc.....

Here's a link where he talks about it in various posts: http://asp.elitefts.com/qa/default.asp?a=search&tid= .

I never thought about it myself, some of the new age stuff seems flaky.

Doug Hepburn never needed a f'n peroxide bath:).

* Edit: I can't direct link to it, just search "peroxide".
