i want a handshake that will make my friends and allies feel safe and secure in my hands but leave my enemies trembling at my strength!
in that vein i wanted to start doing about a hour of grip training saturday mornings i have a rack, with just under 200kg, and a hang board also thinking about filling a bucket up with sand for equipment
what kind of stuff do people think i should be doing?
any lads here with a proper handshake?

Resistant spring grips(No idea what there called)but build your way up to a 100 reps a set and ten sets throughout the day,Also flat dumbell wrist curls.When i was seriously training my forearms were very good and helped my grip for Deads.

Just eyeball your forearms.
If they're small, you'll never have a strong grip and thus the extra gay handshake....

i was thinking of doing something like this:
hang board - 5-8 sets of a few reps of 5-10 second holds
sand extensions - 5 sets of reps to be determined once I've tried them
static holds - 3 sets of double overhead, 5 sets of hook grip(maybe with snatch width grip sometimes?), 3 sets of mixed grip. reps 5-15 seconds.
sand grabbing - 5 sets of reps to be determined once I've tried them

I personally do static handshake holds at the end of each workout (always with a partner who has a much stronger handshake than myself). 3 sets till failure. Do this for a couple months and you'll not only have mad respect from CEOs and other powerful business people upon meeting them, but masturbatory sessions will reach an unprecedented high.

it helps to be born with thick muscular hands, like myself.
it is a real bitch to find rubber gloves that fit at work though. the XL's work but the fingers are a little to long.

Training for a handshake alone is absurd. It's way too specialized. You'd be a fool not to add:
-Chuck on the shoulder, 3x8
- Patting on the back, 3x12
- Eye contact maintenance. 3x static hold to failure.
Advanced trainers could add:
- Non gay slap on the ass, 3x10 keep good form
