i don't train abs religiously and the last couple of times i trained abs
i have been getting these cramps in my abs that hurt like hell it is
like my abs stay flexed the only way it goes away is if i learn back
and stretch them out...this has been going on for about 3 weeks now

i had the same thing, just try to work them into ur schedule a little more often an ur muscles should get used to it
