One is scientifically obsessed about supplementation, "rest timing", training splits, 12.3243243 reps per set, uses a 0.0000002324mg precision scale to weight his 34.3434g of chicken breast, reads every fucking "guru article", wears "head to toe" "Under Armor" shit...
The other one trains when he feels like it, got some sort of discipline, loves to eat a lot of good stuff and take hefty shits afterwards, does this or that routine 'cause he feels like and it and doesn't who "chris aceto" is, wears Magnum boots, 1995 Converse shorts and 10 for 12.99 beaters........
Guess which one is skinny fat and which one is 242lb solid with semi abs showing.... ;D

I just find it so fallacial that some guys will micro calculate and still look like shit while some others half ass train and look better than 99%.

I completely understand where Alex is coming from. I see people all the time with their shakes in the gym, rushing out and making sure they eat exactly xxx minutes after the workout doing everything they have read by the book and they still look like crap. Then you see that many of the guys that actually look like real bodybuilders although they try to do things right too, they usually are no where near as strict as many of the others. I remember one guy was in a panic because he realized he forgot to bring his pre-made carb/protein shake to the gym with him and he was worried that he would lose size and it wouldn't work as well if he took it once he got home instead of in the car. His house was like less than 15 minutes away. Of course he was about 6' 170lbs and you could barely tell he worked out at all.

People take this shit too seriously (bodybuilding)... especially considering they have never, can never, and will never look like a pro.
I quit all supplements about 6 months back... I just started eating a little better and I feel better and my strength still goes up.
Fuck the scam it is... Just eat and lift... That's all you gotta do.

I think for the most part it's brainwashing. It is a sad day when you realize no amount of hard work will make you look like a pro lol.
