Title: Trying to lose some fat

Ok guys just joined, looking at Adonis principles as I have watched the boards for some time now.  Please give me tips on also maybe some supplements to take to get shredded and lose some of my flab.  My pic is in avatar, I am the guy.

First I would focus on diet & cardio. If both are in good shape you should be fine. As for supplements try some fish oil & a good multi-vitamin/mineral.

After focusing on diet & cardio for a few months maybe you could move on the ECA or some clen (IMO wait & see how you do without them).

Believe it or not, I am not trying to be a smart ass with this post...I am actually being dead serious.

The first thing you need to do is drop the Adonis Principles. That whole mess is the biggest bunch of crap that anyone ever came up with...any sound person with even a hint of bodybuilding knowledge will tell you the same thing.

Keep your diet clean, high in protein, eat good quality fats, eat minimal carbs and don't eat crappy sugary carbs at all. Supplement with fatty acids, find a good solid whey isolate powder you like to use to make sure you keep protein in your system...if its got sugar in it and/or it is whey concentrate, buy something else.

Do cardio and lots of it.

adonis principles are a load of shit.  100 calories from chicken breast = 100 calorie from a candy bar  ::)
