Heres some simple pseudo-codet for the mods -------> if ip addy already exists in DB, then do not allow the asshole to sign up

I'd program in PHP but I'm not the one getting paid to run these boards

Here's a reality check for "Gino"........mods don't get to see IP's, or have any say in signing up new members.
