I mean for a total beginner that hasnt touched a weight before. If the only goal was for fat loss, say 35-50 lbs, what would the best possible routine be?
Id say cardio only. Its pointless to pretend to gain muscle, when the primary goal is for fat loss. Especially for a natural.
Strict diet - no junk, no sodas, no processed food.
Fresh veggies & fruit
carb sources
fat soures

DNP and HIIT and you'll be shredded in no time.

i've lost about 35lbs in 2 months by cutting calories and eating smart. so 3 months should be fine for what you want.
