what do you guys think of it, the girlfriend made a bunch and it's so damn tasty it would be a shame to let it go to waste, is it good postworkout?

Jiffy corn bread mix, can of corn, milk, eggs, creamed corn.

i used to eat it all the time a few years ago-i think its a good carb to have once in a while-prob good to have after a workout meal

I love corn bread. I love to crumble it up and mix it into steak chili. Or just crumble it and mix a bunch of butter into it. YUM.
To give you an opinion as to the answer of your question, I think it would be a great choice post workout. Any other time than that probably not so great a choice, unless your a "Hard gainer" and dont put on fat very easily.

Ronnie was a genetic freak of the likes we'll probably not see again for a very long time. I wouldn't base my diet off of anything he was doing.
