Anyone knows how to workout your arms to make them look like Ronnie's? How often, what exercises, how many reps/sets etc? Thanks!

To step it up. I will train biceps with my chest workout today, that way it get's trained twice as often as before. My strength has increased for biceps but the size doesn't seam to change much for some reason...
I get problem from pump in forearms ruins my bicep workouts after a short while. How can I avoid this to occur?

I always wonder about genetics. Maybe only say 1 out of 20 people train. Any maybe 1 out of every 100 people that train could be in the Olympia if they did what was necessary...is ronnie rally 1 out of 5,ooo,ooo or 1 out of say 2000

This way all recuperation and energy can be devoted to only the widening muscle groups of upper body and arm size alone. Utmost athletic build should be achievable, even as a natural.
I find it hard with day of back, leg, arm, shoulder, chest to uphold a high enough frequency. This rotation alone takes 4 to 5 days with no rest day. If cutting out back day , chest day , legs day , one might be able to do a 2 to 3 day rotation even. And sometimes have a day of not lifting at all. This way enormous Shoulders, Arms and Lats should be attainable, what does the getbig experts say?

when you can do 3-4 sets of strict alternate dumbell curls with 90lbs in each hand for 12-15 reps each set, I bet your biceps would be close to Ronnies size

Biceps like Coleman's? Bwa ha ha ha!!!! You are either a noob or just plain stupid. My personal guess is both. Getting biceps like Coleman's requires super-human genetics + massive amount of drugs + 15-25 years of non-stop training. Ronnie's biceps are like the impossible ideal.
