We've just launched a brand new section of the AtLarge Nutrition website - The AtLarge Nutrition Strength Training Video Series (http://"http://http://www.atlargenutrition.com/atlarge_strength_video_series.php")

(http://atlargenutrition.com/images/news/strengthvideos.gif) (http://"http://www.atlargenutrition.com/atlarge_strength_video_series.php")

Powerlifters, Olympic Lifters and athletes looking for increased strength and on-the-field performance (football players, baseball players, track athletes etc) this video series is for you! We have everything from benching at the legendary Westside Barbell Club through to Travis Bell taking you through various back and shoulder exercises.

We'll be expanding the video section to include many other topics such as bodybuilding & interviews. Watch this space!

Enjoy!

So I'm going to have 60 athletes with at least 30 that I train in groups of ten go home, make and eat steak, rice and potato's within a 30-45min period after training and still lack the total nutriants to recover?

they won't lack shit and why not have them make the food ahead of time and heat it up when they're done, food always makes me feel more "recovered" or fresh than supplements.

Food is great.

Perhaps you have not tried the right recovery supps?  Have you ever given ETS a run?  How about RESULTS and Opticen?

Anyway, I understand your perspective, but if you tried the above you might have a different opinion.
