Title: Woodward: Bin Laden Capture Could Be October Surprise

I've been saying for a while that I think Bush will end the Bin Laden saga with a theatrical killing of him right before the election.  It'll be preceded by tough talk by Mccain right before it, and the repubs will take all the credit for killing the monster they aided.
