Title: your bodybuilding diet

when cooking your food so you use seasoning or do you cook your food bland with no flavor? i think if people preparedtheir food properley and made it taste nice eating every couple of hours would not be so hard?

I regularly eat dry bread maybe 8 rounds at at time. easy to do.

I dont waste time seasoning preparing food etc, too lazy

  Salt, pepper, olive oil and chillies are my staples. I eat way too much salt though.

I put barbeque sauce on just about everything....except eggs, with eggs I use tobasco.

i was thinking about cooking jerk chicken and rice and peas is that a bad idea? is that too unhealthy

Why?? Chicken and rice are staples of bbing diet, so whats there to worry about the peas?

Obviously youve never dined on mcDonalds, followed by Quiznos and Qdoba.  Theres some flavor!
