Calves?
Posterior Delts?
Lower Abs?
depends on the person's genetics some people calves , some people back , etc . etc
-
Calves and forearms. You have em or you don't. Easiest muscle to develop: Neck
-
The Tibialis Anterior- the muscle in front of your shins.
I once was laid up in a cast for a bit, lost a decent bit of lower leg mass, everything came back nicely after a bit of training, but those bastards:). Took a longtime before they were decent again.

i'd say every muscle in your body has a hard time developing

Calves, 90% genetics, 10% how you train them.
Glutes and ham, same % in bodyfat in these muscles groups could still be night and day 75% genetics, 25% how you train.

traps are easy

There's probably something to be said for being fat and happy. Eat girl, it'll get your bench up!
Calves and, sadly, chest. :'(
-
lol
No eating yet TW, I'm working the shit out of my abs for the next 10 weeks! :D
-
Your abs are probably perfectly developed. As a woman, and genetically predisposed to a higher bodyfat, it's doubly hard for you to reach a bodyfat level that shows them.

There are certain...ummm....sexual positions that give your abs an intense workout. Pm me for details.

Nah, they are super shallow. I have to be VERY lean and dry in order to see them clearly.
I want the raviolis! >:(
-
Little swordfish ain't gonna kill you. &guy (fresh grated)/teriyaki/soy/sesame oil marinade.
Try this on the side, v easy:
Can of lentil beans, drained
Red onion, finely chopped
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
Mix around with a spoon and eat. Fairly carb sparse for the volume.
Add some asparagus on the side if you want to make your piss stink.
Fast, easy, healthy, tasty. :)

Calm down, Lori! :-[ I know you like to affectionately refer to my testicles as "raviolis", but I thought we were going to keep that little pet name private. :-\
-
I meant that I want the Ravioli ABs...although lobster ravioli sounds good right about now too... :D

calves
for me
-
chest hey we all have a lagging bodypart
-
people here are answering whats hardest for them .... and that variesfrom person to person.
calves .... u either have them or u dont......
i think the hardest muscle to develop as far as everyone as a whole is concerned is .....
rear delts................... ................
i cant imagine anyone having a better mind muscle connection with rear delts than say.... biceps triceps chest quads.. bla bla bla...
so on a whole id say rear delts are a pain in the arse for everyone
-
traps ,rhomboids area for me .. everything else grows pretty evenly, and symetrical
