Need advice on a bodybuilding diet. I am a construction worker who does not have access to a microwave, or fridge. Trying to loose fat, without loosing to much muscle. I am natural, 5 10 210 about 15% body fat. Been lifting for ten years and have never ate right.

No fridge means your probably going to be eating alot of tuna. Unless you can find another animal protein that doesn't require refridgeration. Since you've never ate right, all you need to do is start eating clean solid meals based on moderate portions of meat and complex carbs. Good protein sources= chicken, beef, turkey, tuna,...(animal protein). Good carb sources= oats, rice, whole grain, beans, potato,... meals every few hours, lots of water, don't cheat.

You don't "loose" fat you "lose" fat. Also, you're not "loosing" muscle, you're "losing" muscle.

never mind the grammer school boy. make your diet simple pick three or four foods and stick with them for a couple months ex.protein bar, protein powder, tuna, peanutbutter sandwich, threw out your work day then chicken and mixed veggies for dinner.

cold chicken breast works for me in jams . i do a lot of driving during the day so i can relate. i also buy a pound of roast beef and two rolls and make sandwiches.
