Hypothetical question. Imagine you needed to get into the best possible shape for a contest and you could only choose 4 different foods to do it. Which natural foods would you choose? Note: The foods must be found in grocery store and they cannot be supplements. i.e. no protein powders, only natural foods like eggs, potatoes, oats, etc. Which 4 foods would you choose to live off of for 4 months to get into the best shape?
My choice.
1. Chicken breast
2. Broccoli
3. Oats
4. Almonds

The premise behind my answer would come from taste as well as the ability to meet nutrtional amounts.
1. Ostrich. Not only does it provide High Protien and lower calories than Chicken Breast it tastes like the purest red meat with a buttery flavor.
2. Avocado. Highest Fiber of any food. Unparalelled source of Fats and Omega Ratios.
3. Sweet Potatoes. High in Beta-Carotenoids which turn into Vitamin A. Great Source of Fiber, Protein and other vitamins.
4. Blueberries. High Antioxidant and vitamin content.
