i keep seeing threads on the adonis principles, but i am interested in the falcon principles. all i know is it involves olive oil and possible full body workouts. could you please enlighten me johnny falcon.

its great to maybe train much of the real work is in the brain and with the writing hand for the forgetfull mind
its great that everyfood is different in all that is known and unknown
it is great we are babys in the less than a handfull of decades of great inventions
it is great to look at what they are feeding in the churches
its is great to not beleave everything but be-live it first to know its maybe

max out your work schedule because your money helps you buy more food to build the body for the longhaul
every food is diffent every grain every fruit, pay attention to stories of fruit and where why they are served , see what does you best in functionality and looks, i wont tell you what fruit is the best lets just say its mainly one of them. ill have a pizza at night for its calcium tomato and bread content wich is essential and or with beans, always 2 cups of coffee a day one in the morning one late in the day bitter or slightly flavored with whatever is essential at aleviating brain pain if i dont drink any.

you dont need much protien im heavier on a carb based fluid fruit juiced diet.
ever notice alot of solid foods like protien powders give gas and make the stomach distend?
ever notice the best physiques always look best with small tight non food stuffed stomach
the problem is too much of these solid foods are sitting like big boulders in the stomach causing all sorts of slowdowns in functuunality consciously and unconscously

we are a water body we take onto water living fruits well with vigor movement all day everyday, relaxation periods should be shared with another to keep up the tempo of the high fruit energy. workout heavy and in short periods, if your not standing dont drink much juices, drink as needed drink tons of water, your shit maybe runny but that is solved with a decent amount of solid live food like dried fresh beans, pizza , maybe a small amount of fishcheese sandwich from micdonalds once in a while ;D
and coffee 2 times a day is a MUST for me atleast
spending my day and night GIVEING my time is a must for me for dont know of a better way to give my time away because i have NEARLY everything i want as i match the demand to give AWAY in ever increasingly higher incriments

i dont do peanutbutter . a higher falcon im sure has a way of making peanutbuter optimal for him, but not me, something about it doesnt sit 100 percent perfect like other options
olive oil is undergoing experimentations

olive is something to max out and become intoxicated and sick as a measure of limitations
peanutbutter will add an easy pound of bodyfat in a day and will back up your stool wich is very bad you want things flowing easy. peanutbutter is like an emergency food which you may be stranded and not have food for days well then gobble down on some peanutbutter to sit in your stomach for feul for days
beans keep things moving and are very good with some sea salt and pepper even some hot sauce sometimes
