Hopefully those last days are not how people will remember him. Both he and his brother did not have long to live after that video was made.

I watched that second video. Ray really let himself go. I saw him almost everyday for 2 years when I trained with him at his gym in Redondo Beach (Muscle Mill). He was around 290 and solid as shit with a little gut. His arms were well over 20" and huge thighs. After I moved to Hawaii in 89' I used to come back to LA alot. I saw him again at that healthy food restaurant on Sepulvada and Aviation. He got so excited when he saw me and we had lunch together. We got along really good and I inspired him. He liked how strong I got under his training. I didn't always train with him but we did quite a bit. He was nuts and crazy but he was a little different when I was with him. I could tell he admired what I had done. He was a really good guy to me. I felt bad when he died. But I credit him along with Jimmy at the gym for getting me as strong as I got.
Also, the guy taking the video sounds like that personal trainer Hulk Hogan kicked out of his house that was training his wife.
