How many mg's a day to levitate the cramping?

I usually take about 5-10 grams of Taurine & that seems to stop cramps. But then again (for me anyway) getting enough potassium isn't an issue.

What are you eating ED thats giving you enough? How many mg's a day are you getting from your diet?

Just buy some Taurine powder or caps.
I bought some bulk taurine powder and used 2 tsp a day

I probably get about 3000-3500mg of potassium a day.

Taurine/Potassium/Sodium.......
Without the Taurine, you'll feel drained and won't have the energy for workouts.
Without the Potassium you'll cramp up when you do workout.....
Without the Sodium you'll dehydrate, which will make you sick when combined with the first two.

I probably get 3000-3500mg K, 2500mg Na, & 5000-10000mg Taurine daily & I'm fine. My blood pressure runs on the high side but that's more a family thing.
