Title: 2 car bombs go off in Baghdad today

2 simultaneously carbombs in Baghdad leaves 24 people dead, 40 cars destroyed and up to 46 people injured.

We don't know yet if the surge worked.

We're so ready to celebrate it because it means McCain scores points on Mccain.

But the same people celebrating now, were celebrating 'mission accomplished' on an aircraft carrier.

Patraeus said at least 130,000 troops (plus 150 contractors) have to stay.

Does it count as a win if you need 180,000 armed men and women there to hold it?

Is it the surge that is working, ...or the implementation of new technology? Let's be clear here.  ;)
