So last night I watched the premier of NBCs The Biggest Loser, and a lot of the dudes lost around 15-25 even up to 28lbs in one week! How do they do this? It must be because they are 300-400lbs but 25lbs a week is quite a bit.

because they are fat as fuck and have about 50lbs of water logged in there bodies, which is what damn near all of that weight was.
