Looking at all the polls,,,nobody has Jay out of first...
-
thing is, winning the O has nothing to do with how ones body looks (Which is evident as Jay is currently mr. O)
If it had to do with physique, wolf would be o
-
Jay will NOT lose this year :'(
-
If Jay shows up, he wins. He proved that last year.
He'll go down as one of the 3 worst Mr. Olympias ever.
-
Jay will fucking crush his enemies.
Hope that helps.

No one had him first last year, and look who won. ::)

You know what? He could.. I saw Dexter at the USA's and he looked good, and Wolf is amazing. But Jay is so complete, ie has fullness in all the muscle groups, even though he lacks aesthetics, that if he's halfway shredded, he wins.
-
"lose" implies some sort of competition. I'll say it one last time for those who still do not get it. The Mr. O is not a contest or competition. The outcome is pre-determined.

Are you sure about that?

yep. I've seen him in person. He dwarves Dexter, Cormier (I know he's not entering), etc. The only BB that I've seen in person bigger was Gunter a couple years ago. If Jays halfway ripped, he will win.hey Id love to see Dexter or Wold pull it off..but Jays huge.

NO, HE WILL NOT LOSE. ;D

If the judging was legit, he would have lost last year. Unless the judges have changed or someone told them to actually judge it based on IFBB Pro bodybuilding criteria, Jay will win. Should he win? Probably not.
BTW, here is the IFBB's rules on assessing a physique (see http://www.ifbb.com/amarules/IFBBRulebook_2006-2007Edition.pdf (http://www.ifbb.com/amarules/IFBBRulebook_2006-2007Edition.pdf) for the full rulebook):
HOW TO ASSESS AN ATHLETE’S PHYSIQUE
1.1 General:
When assessing a competitor’s physique, a judge should follow a
routine procedure which will allow a comprehensive assessment of
the physique as a whole. During the comparisons of the
compulsory poses, the judge should first look at the primary
muscle group being displayed. The judge should then survey the
whole physique, starting from the head, and looking at every part
of the physique in a downward sequence, beginning with general
impressions, and looking for muscular bulk, balanced
development, muscular density and definition. The downward
survey should take in the head, neck, shoulders, chest, all of the
arm muscles, front of the trunk for pectorals, pec-delt tie-in,
abdominals, waist, thighs, legs, calves and feet. The same
procedure for back poses will also take in the upper and lower
trapezius, teres and infraspinatus, erector spinae, the gluteus
group, the leg biceps group at the back of the thighs, calves, and
feet. A detailed assessment of the various muscle groups should
be made during the comparisons, at which time it helps the judge
to compare muscle shape, density, and definition while still
bearing in mind the competitor’s overall balanced development.
The comparisons of the compulsory poses cannot be overemphasized
as these comparisons will help the judge to decide
which competitor has the superior physique from the standpoint of
muscular bulk, balanced development, muscular density and
definition.

Here's a picture from a photoshoot taken 2 days ago. Looks great but is it enough to beat Wolf? I don't know.

Polls?! You didn't even have to look at the polls...just look at the history of the Mr. O, that's proof enough that he'll walk away with another Sandow :-\

Right on the money. The IFBB is equivalent to the WWE. I enjoy the entertainment value, but a real competition? Hmmm. How could you possibly mistake it for that ;)
-
hes not gonna win
-
Jay will only not win if he got attacked by ninjas on his way to the stage

"even though he lacks aesthetics" Enough Said - That is not Bodybuilding
J. Cutler will be in the Top 6 however not 1st.
-
To lose, Jay "needs" to fuck up his conditioning even more than last year. Which will be hard to do. He'll have to do his "best" if he wants to avoid that third Sandow. Maybe there's no room left on top of that fireplace.
-
I think Jay will show up in his best ever shape this year and silence everyone who critiscised him last year. I can't see him losing.
-
wolfe looks much more impressive in his pics leading up to the show...
