My gym sells this stuff. How does it taste? Any good? Any good for you? Every protein bar I have tried makes me wanna barf (including the Snickers protein bars). I need something that tastes good. :P
Anyone like these or eat them regularly?

if u don't like the snicker's protein there's not much hope for you
-
The only ones that taste decent IMO are the double chocolate
and they need to be fresh.

the Met-Rx Colossal 100 Brownie is probably one the best tasting "protein desserts" Ive had. They are meant to be microwaved and they come out super soft and warm....however they are absolutely horrible for you. I believe about 420 cals...16 g fat...45 grams carbs

Chef Jay never meets the label claims. Plus he's like a Scotch-Irish OnlyMe in person, what's a guy that size know about nutrition.

ISS-Reasearch OH-yeah bars are pretty good

I tried a Tri-O-Plex cookie a few months back. I don’t remember the flavor, but it was pretty decent – and I am not a fan of protein bars AT ALL.
The best tasting cookie I ever tried was the toffee chip made by Bakery Barn. Sadly, they discontinued that flavor and the others had too much of an “artificial sweetener” taste.

They taste pretty good. I like the choc chip and the white choc macadamia. Don't be fooled into thinking that they are good for you though. ;)

may as well just eat a couple of normal cookies and drink a protein shake, some of you clowns need to stop obsessing, you don't look like IFBB pros and you never will so why try to eat like one. ::)
-
no offense to anyone but if i want a cookie i'll eat a real one. ;D

hahahahaa, not these guys they need to feed that massive 199 pounds of brutally shredded muscle mass they're carrying and need protein cookies, protein soup, protein suppositories, protein IV drip, protein pancakes, protein cereal, protein beer, protein salad, protein soda, protein Doritos, protein waffles, protein sewn into their clothes, etc. ::)

The funny thing is that an ifbb pro might eat that chef jay protein cookie, but only because it was free, and he'd eat a box of oreo's afterwards. ;D

hahahha. exactly that's why they are big, these clowns are deluded if they think those guys build size eating chicken, brown rice, protein cookies and oatmeal.

protein beer,
Someone needs to invent that!
protein sewn into their clothes,
this made me lololozzzzz ;D
-
you gotta eat tri-o-plex with a shit load of water...
-
How do you know this?
There was a huge thread about this on the bodybuilding.com nutrition section years ago. The bars had way more sugar per serving than they were listing on the packaging. The numbers were different on all the bars. The protein content was fairly accurate though.

22g of protein per cookie? that's not bad at all

Yah, but in a pinch, these beat some alternatives.

I'll agree, that's with the bars. The cookies aren't like that tho. They're more like a basic homemade soft cookie.

Actually, that's per package. There's 2 cookies per package. Sometimes the labeling is a little mis-leading depending on what source you're looking at.

Only bar cock i'll eat is DA's.
