Mods on some boards can (not the alphabet boards).

You could ask a mod of whatever board you want your poll on to make it for you.

i make some of the best polls out there. im good at polls. im make a good poll. talk to me about making polls.

I am not sure. On some boards, people can make boards, on others, only mods. Will need to go and see, as normally, not keen on the poll feature.
