Speaks the truth....
Man cant wait for some "ass shaking" at the Olympia ::) . Remember last years O? half of the competitors were shaking their asses at their routines....makes you wanna cry for the current state of our sport.

Lee Priest = Not a Soul Train fan.
-
Priest is right on...I still like watching some routines like Darrem Charles, but most routines these days are either boring or gay
-
melvin whole "pulling pistol out of holsters" routine is boring. yea yea we get it melvin, u can do a split. blah blah blah
-
I agree with Lee, some of today's posing routines are just awful.
-
Dennis Wolf never succumbed to teh homoerotic posing.
-
I remember when I used to by all the Mr. O tapes I used to fast forward through all his posing routines. He poses to the gayest music. I remember he posed to a lion king song, I think it was the 98 Ironman.
-
He posed to kelly clarkson at the 2002 olympia lol. His routine was good though.
-
i think the posing is crap these days. the robot is soooooooo annoying.. priest has a sick pose when he holds his arms ups and looks at the sky and dexter has a few nasty poses aswell
-
Lee's a great poser, but he's starting to sound like an old man who thinks things should be done the way they were "back in his day..." If you can pull it off posing to whatever music, then more power to you. Just because someone's posing to a powerful orchestral piece using classic poses in their routine, doesn't mean it's gonna automatically be a great routine.
-
I'm sure after Will Harris' posing routine last year, this year's line-up will be gayified beyond belief.

there should be some universal crowd disapproval method stronger than just booing.
Like if everyone in the audience stood up and faced in the opposite direction every time the poser decided to floss his taint or grind like a bad R Kelly video.

Lee's the man 8)
I totally agree with what he says.
Wolf is a great poser.
TEAM WOLF!!

He doesn't spread his ass cheeks like Kai or do the same god damn pop-lock routine at every show like Melvin.

Gay as it is, Will Harri's routine was hilarious. Did he qualify for this year's O?

lol. why? his routine and song were great. Lee likes posing to slow songs
-

Posing is individual and for the fans. I've seen Melvin, Kai, Vince, Darrem, king, John Brown, Branch, Mike Quinn etc get standing ovations for their style of posing. Obviously the fans love it and that's all that matters in the night show to the LIVE audience. Labrada, Ray, Milos and most of the old school guys pulls off a classic routine and it's very nice. If everyone came out on stage and do that style it'd bore the hell out of the audience. Not everyone likes the ballet, some people like hip hop and heavy Metal and appreciate that posing more. I'd say a majority of ppl that goes to the shows fall in that category. It's like a 50yr complaining that MTV's taking over VH1, maybe it's because it's what people wanna see
