Boise, ID – September 18, 2008 – Bodybuilding.com, the world’s most-visited bodybuilding & fitness website, is pleased to announce a special international webcast event. Direct from the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Joe Weider’s 2008 Olympia Weekend will air live Friday, September 26th and Saturday the 27th to a worldwide audience, as the world’s greatest professional bodybuilders, fitness and figure competitors compete for nearly a million dollars in prize money.

The action begins Friday at 6:30pm PT (9:30pm ET) with the Fitness Olympia Finals, Ms. Olympia Finals and Mr. Olympia Judging, and starts up again at the same time on Saturday with the Figure Olympia and Mr. Olympia Finals. props to bb.com for doing this again this year, the industry has come a long way, when i first started following bb'ing you used to have to wait a couple of months for one of the magazines coverage of the contest to find out the results.

Saw Elaine Goodlad and Bob Cicherillo this weekend at the 2008 Tournament of Champions in Anaheim, California.  With Kim Lyons coming on board joining Elaine for the Women's Olympia, it should be good.

Free webcast! The quality of this years should be the best ever.

I assume the 5'8 Bob Chick will be hosting it.
