Arnold would surpass Wolf in arms, chest, calves and upper back. If Arnold and Wolf were both competing, Arnold would be Mr. Olympia and then hand the reigns to Wolf (who won't be Mr. Olympia until early 30's)

Here is Arnold at 20 years old.
