Good stuff.  Good looking kid back then.

That moonwalk dance thing he's doing is great.  All with that emotionless face. ;D

His face looks the same, he's just older now, so enough with the "gh jaw" bullshit.

Don't worry. I saw the pics, jerked off, then responded to the initial topic. Therefore no schmoeing occurred.

Sorry to say... even though Jay is the current Mr. Olympia and has drastically improved his placing in the bodybuilding world, he looks light years better in 96... Question: What physique would the average person aspire to look like Jay of past or current??... Further, I don't know any woman who would find Jay now appealing..and I am talking about attractive woman--not the she-beasts!  Man o man...look a what the current standards of bodybuilding has pushed the competitor to resort to.. ??? ???

Unfortunately SYMMETRY is not important anymore (at least in the BB world)

most overrated, overused, least understood phrase in bodybuilding, "symmetry", who gives a shit about it, the award should go to the biggest most ripped guy onstage and most of the time that's Jay.

the weird thing is that he looks way broader and powerfuller there, its not much anymore today.

U know--  Even Arnold would admit that he'd have competitors who were bigger and more ripped, but he would also conclude about how well the physique was put together.. Yes I understand that the "bigger is better criteria"  But that is exactly it is no longer accepted within the mainstream.  Seriously!! I used to hear about guys talking about "Did u pick up the latest flex??"  NOT ANYMORE!!  Coz it has just gotten ridiculous..  Men woke up andrealized what women want

no offense man but you sound like a woman talking like that, pro bodybuilding should be about putting on as much conditioned size as possible, get the fucck out of here with this shape and symmetry bullshit. ::)

offcourse he put on a lot of mass but due his small waist there he looks wider than he does now, all illusion yes.

Hahaha relax mah man.. I once believed in the mass is best mentality yrs ago...  But u know what I think killed this appeal..  UFC fighting going mainstream..  Here, the average joe realized that you do not have to be jacked or huge/ripped to win fights...  And women now see this too.. I'm all about functional muscle but I guess that's just my new way of thinking

yeah under the "4 weeks til getbig"  topic bro

I was never speaking for myself in regards to being a fighter.. Just my opinion on why bodybuilding isn't popular anymore.. I used to b the biggest bodybuilding fanatic back in the 90s  but can see why more and more people are just blackballing it as gay w/ the way the industry has turned to

Cutler has the personality of a rock, and his physique doesn't really appeal, others are better IMO.

But he is a real pro, he's had the perfect career, much like Gaspari and Ray, from a young age, you just knew they would go on to greater things. He's achieved all his goals, and is very well off financially from ventures outside bbing, very dedicated, focused and sucessful, had he fucked up at bbing, he had a back up plan, anyway my point is, whlist his physique resembles a fridge, and his verbal interactions dont have much oomph, he is a good role model for up-and-comers.

Children and insecure young guys, think MMA & bbing is all about impressing the babes and intimidating other guys. They dont realize its just a sport, MMA athletes dont wanna walk around fighting everyone that looks at them funny, and bbers train to develop their physiques and maybe compete, not too show off or pick up chicks.

This reminds me of when I was 5, and thought wrestling (WWE) was real. And later in life had conversations about who would win in a fight, Stallonne, Van Damme, Bruce Lee, Arnold or Steven Seagal. Turns out we'd forgotten bout Chuck Norris...

I think this is what he means.

Jay's physique has change a lot. Some may think for the better; some may think for the worse. It's good to see that some things remain the same: the expressionless, monotone voice. His eyes gives one the impression that he's almost dozing off. His vivacious charisma is just overwhelming.

Still, I think he's a good guy and hope he vindicates himself before retiring and letting the Wolf era begin.
