something little to no fat, ask you can see from the pie chart, 42% of my diet is fat, which seems a little excessive

My opinion: diet a little too strict (in regards 2 food variety) where you should also state training regimen..stats..etc. Coz more than likely if thats all you are posting.. Than I am guessing u more than lkely don't have a consistent training regimen... Keep diet more simple yet still restrictive in overall calorie amount..especially if you are just starting off? natural?

look at the amount of fat listed for the ground meat and the chicken thighs. 1) I really doubt you're getting that much, as most of it is left behind in the pan. 2) along with the milk, that's too much saturated fat. Add more good oils to your diet, such as more olive oil, or uncooked sunflower/safflower oil, or add flax seed oil to your protein drinks.
