Hey guys and gals
i was wondering if anyone here has using GABA before?? and have any good results from it?? I was thinking of thinking it out and repleac zma with it.I'm more in favor of using aminos then just vitamins. the only thing that I worry about is that it burns fat fast. I have a hard time gaining any kind of weight. I'm NOT using it for the fat lose effect but for the recovery effects of getting some good sleep.
thanks for all the replies

Yep, I use it. works really well

I have used AST brand several times in the past. Works well, but gives you a tingling sensation after you take it.

I used it
You get a buzz after a few minutes and a better night sleep for the first few times.
It never translated into any gains in strenght or muscle mass for me though.

I've used it. It gave me some of the best night sleeps. I noticed that every time I took it, I remembered my dreams in the morning, something that rarely happens to me otherwise.
Sometimes my chest felt too relaxed after taking it and I experienced mild shortness of breath, but I read that this is normal in some people.
Other than a good night rest, which is good for muscle recovery, I don't think that it has any benefits for muscle gain or fat loss.

I was reading the information about it and it spoke about it being a good fat burner since it increasing the growth hormones when your in a deep sleep.
Here is an add on question, for you guys that have used it, what would you chioce between GABA or ZMA??

I noticed the exact same thing. Great sleep, got some tingles, sometimes a bit of shortness of breath but nothing in the way of more performance in the gym or anything. But still, it's great to add to a sleep stack. Doesn't leave you groggy, doesn't block histamine or choline or anything nasty, etc.
