Not sure if it's state run but the questions were fair and Max was on the BBC just before that saying the same thing. He's a little, ecentric, (puting it mildly),  but I get what he's saying.

this guy isn't articulate at all, he doesn't seem very intelligent, didn't say anything that hasn't already been said a thousand times over.  plus he has a whiny sounding voice.  maybe he is smart and 'knows his shit' but he didn't convey his thoughts well at all.  the props he had set up in the beginning was ridiculous.
