Neither link comes up. But if your referring to foam roller techniques, I've posted alot on here about that and the way I use it in my protocol with athletes.

1. Foam roller work (Cervical, Thorasic and Lumbar), IT bands, glutes/hamstrings.

2. Static stretch

3. Dynamic warmup (15-20min)

4. Weight training

5. Static and PNF stretch

LOVE the foam roller!  The Stick can be incredibly painful, but I know it's because I don't SMR as much as I should.
