Or for that matter..... Who does cardio??
-
I do cardio at least 3 times a week no matter if I'm bulking or cutting, obviously if I'm cutting I'm doing a lot more.
If you can do cardio on leg day then you didn't work your legs hard enough.
-
i work legs twice a weeks so thats priority no 1 right now and its hard to fit in cardio
-
I train right now 3 on 1 off routine and hit cardio up on that off day for a good 30mins.
now when i am dieting I never do cardio the day before the day of or the day after.

Im doing twice a week right now too. I just try and do SOMETHING on the days I dont do legs. I f*ing hate cardio.
-
on leg day, ride my bike to the gym, and home, and sometimes all around if i feel like it. it feels great.

I always do cardio after legs. Normally I do cardio with zero incline at about 2.8mph. After legs, I always bumb it up to 3 degree incline and speed it up to about 3.5mph. Or I may even do the stepmill ala Ron Coleman. It makes my legs much more flexible and easier to move. When I dont do cardio regularly my legs get real stiff & inflexible, they feel heavy and make me feel very awkward when im walking. The cardio really helps with keeping my legs functional; and it doesnt seem to slow down growth either.

Try the DC extreme stretches after you leg workout, works wonders for that.
