Does anyone else hate it as much as I do?

Why can't weights alone get you in shape?

It's a bitch. Fankhouser has a good approach to it: do it while playing video games.

im not a fan of cardio in my off season mode but i do many things to get cardio benfit without wasting my days away on treadmills or the flabbergaster machine

i keep a very short rest period in my weights and utilize supersets
i do kickboxing and karate
i jump rope
i jog along boardwalks
i take spinning class
i take abs core classes
i ride my bicycle along the boardwalks here

If you know how to set your program up right, it can get you into shape.

Yeah, dude. I do at least an hour a day on the bike. I just play my PSP. It's been getting boring lately so I'm going to find some good DVDs and just bring the laptop into the cardio room... it can get pretty drab, but movies and games make it fly by. Music alone just isn't enough.

Back in the 70's and early to mid 80's hardly anyone did cardio. Most got shredded.

i got down to single digits without doing any cardio... you just have to diet ,and eat clean . drink more than a gallon of water a day .. and keep you breaks short between sets.. but it can be done..if you have a decent metab.  i hate cardio too ..

cardio sucks dick especially when you put on a 50 lb vest and run 5 miles everytime you WO. it truley is dreadfull

Tiz possible without cardio. High protein, low carb diet and regular volume training.

Cardio is really importan to get a good Heart not always to lose fat.

Bodybuilding cardio is easy! Just walking at a moderate pace for 20-45 mins post workout? If you cant make yourself do that, I dont know how your getting yourself to exercise(lift) at all !

cardio is a great way to relax, especially low paced cardio...i just finished a 40minute bike ride by the river...it's awesome...try downloading some audiobooks...and you'll see you will start doing more cardio just to be alone, relaxed and listening to it

Don't you people have jobs?
Unless you are competing there is no point of doing cardio, u can lose bodyfat simply by eating strictly, going to the gym and doing regular activities in your normal life.
