"as soon as I drink water I have to go to the toilet"

?

?

"I dont want to look like a bodybuilder"-- because, you know-- it just happens without trying. Its so easy to do, you might just wake up in the morning looking like Ronnie Coleman because you forgot to tell your sorry ass trainer you didnt want to look like a bodybuilder.

Must make special efforts in the gym to "not" look like a bodybuilder.

Haha, I remember this guy.  He's super touchy.  Watch.  He'll accuse me of hating black people for giving him some advice.  Ffs no one use the words, "fried chicken" around this guy or he'll call you a klansman.  ::)

BB-
Chicken breast is kind of a dry boring meat to begin with, so don't expect too much of it if you're eating it on its own.  You can make it much more moist tho by soaking it in salt water for several hours before cooking it.  I know that seems counter intuitive but the salt water will actually draw water into the meat, not out of it.  Also works with drier pork cuts.  You can add some marinade too to improve the flavor.  Other thing you should try is roasting.  A whole roast chicken always comes up better than pan fried, and a big zip lock bag makes for easy marination.  Last, google up some chicken recipies.  There's plenty of sauces that taste good but won't blow your carb/fat limits.

If you're lucky, Chef Tim will weigh in, but you'll have to blow him if he does.

The breast has the most protein and least fat.  Pretty good amount of protein in dark meat too, so can't hurt to mix in some dark meat to go with the chicken breast and make it moister and more palatable.

 Chicken Protein (g)
Chicken, breast, fried, battered (half) 34.78g
Chicken, breast, fried, not battered (half) 31.2g
Chicken, dark meat only, fried (3oz) 24.35g
Chicken, drumstick, fried 13.21g
Chicken, light meat only, fried, (3oz) 27.27g
Chicken, thigh, roasted 13.49g
Chicken, wing, fried, battered 9.74g
Chicken, meat only, stewed, (1 cup) 42.59g
