Title: is whole wheat noodles/pasta a good bodybuilding food?

i think i would prefer noodles instead of rice? and the proteins in oatmeal and pasta wholee proteins?

I get sick of brown rice pretty fast, but I've been using whole wheat egg noodles with some Smart Balance omega-3 butter mixed in (to keep it from getting too dry and sticky) for a few meals a day.  Good stuff.
