Just find a cheap one that's not too disgusting. Unfortunally they are not very tasty.

Opt for a ten lb jub. its cheaper when you buy in bulk. but  the bigger amounts tend to have less protein.

I use bodybuilding.com I use tem more b/c that they are reliable. so of these site you have no idea of when it'll be delivered.

online is the best b/c if you get it from GMC, they  sky- rocket the price. to get more money in their packets

exactly, you dont need protein shakes, they still take it cause they belive the hype. You should be getting enough protein in your daily diet, a protein shake aint doing a fucken thing for you..Im not sure what the price is in the U.S or europe but in Australia we get fucked.

I pay about 70 cents for each scoop of whey isolate. Which is nothing. Whey protein is great for both preserving muscle while losing fat, and also gaining muscle rapidly.  :)

I put my money on milk protein isolate.  Cost per pound is reasonable (~7.5 $/lb).  It's a mix of casein and whey which is satiating for a longer period of time.  Tastes decent, has a nice mouth feel, and mixes reasonably well.  ProteinFactory and Trueprotein both sell nice powders.  Cheers.

meat = digests about 4-6 grams per hour, whey = digests all at once.    So with meat you can use maximum 6 grams per hour, with whey you can use as much protein as its possible to use.
