Sure , your body is used to eating a certain amount and when you give it less it reminds you , you'll get use to it , if you're getting that feeling eat a handful of almonds it always worked for me.

It depends on what you're hungry for. A thirst for human blood could be cause for concern.

Couple tbspoons of PB and lotsa water. Its a good mini-meal if you eat nothing else with it. About 350 calories or so...
