A woman  causes her own car to burst into flames and she dies

If you read the entire article, she was even offered help to get out of her car, refused and then closed the door and burned to death. This was after she had nearly broadsided the vehicle, the one she eventually rear ended, as she failed to stop from a side street.
I'm wondering if she was on a suicide mission?
