I take it it's a good thing he got away from working with Milos. Workouts like that one week out from a contest can't be very good for keeping size and fullness.

I have to laugh at a pro Bber being "trained" by anyone. Milos does not know anything more than any other advanced BBer does.
BTW, Milos looks like a little girl standing next to Wolfe.

Milos is the king 8)
He gets a lot of bad press, and thats not cool. He could have simply retired and consumed himself with his gym and personal training enterprise. He is giving a lot back to bodybuilding, which is more than can be said for 90% of other retired pro's.

I tried that circuit a few monts ago and let me tell you that it burns like hell!!!! But I think that when one is dieting this circuit probably isn't the better option... ???
