he's probably doing either shrugs or like you said just holding the weight for a picture but either way just being able to hold nearly 800 pounds with a double overhand grip is insane.

I saw Lyle Alzado deadlift 765#....much more impressive than pulling 6 inches in a power rack.

I thought that as well, but figured my eyes were playing tricks on me. Joe's most frequently published stats were 6'1 and 285#. He reportedly played defensive tackle at Morehead State University... Now, his kid James is picking up where dad left off. :D

the son is a legitimate first round draft pick for the NFL after having a great career as a LB at Ohio State, he should be one of the top 15 picks in next years draft.
