just got back from my doctor and everything was fine I am getting ready to start cycling
and wanted to monitor my blood pressure because I am going to use tren and a-bombs.
My question is are the wrist monitors truly accurate? I have never ran the two in the same cycle
and want to keep a close eye on it although I am running the anadrol the last 4 weeks and the tren
the last 6 weeks of a 16 week cycle.

I had one that was pretty accurate.

I have an Omron monitor #HEM703CP, gives BP and pulse rate and is very accurate. Cost about $80 when I got it 7 years ago from CVS pharmacy.

Personally i don't trust those wrist monitors, i had one and it showed false readings all the time. After that i got a regular model with an armband that's big enough and it works great. I think that if you are serious you should invest some money into your BP monitor.

I just got one "Mark of Fitness" brand name clinically proven...it says anyway... when I was at the doc my BP was 130/80 and I have messed with all day and it has been at 119/80 all day so looks pretty accurate.
