he tightened up a little after prejudging but he really needs to bring up his quad sweep, lower back, and calves to be a champion

its inexcusable to come in with absolutely NO calves whatsoever after taking a whole year off to prepare :-\----he should devote 45mins to and 1hr everyday to bringing those things up-=
