Hi everyone, this is by far the best board on getbig, I actually enjoy reading everyones progress here. I thought I would post some pics so maybe I a few here can point out weeknesses or give opinion on what needs improvement, afterall I work better under pressure. Thanks
Stats off season 250 pounds of fat ;D, current weight 216 at 5'8, target weight doesn't matter. 7 weeks into my diet and 6 more to go,
I know I have a litlle acne, but should go away come show time.

White Phil Heath ???, Ive never heard that before, thanks everyone, sorry about the angles, I will post at the 4 week mark but this time I'll get someone to take the pictures for me :) and I will put in 500-600 grams of carbs cause in these pics I've had pretty much nothing but brocoli and chicken breast for extended periods so I feel kind of flat, but this is the way I like to do it, I hope to be better then my previouse condition from last year. Me at 185 April 07

Thanks a lot bro, I've seen you at 5 weeks out and you look like your 2 weeks out so you can do it too, just find out what works the last few weeks for you, I think the key is to really hold it together mentally at the 5 % mark because when you dip below that its pretty much crawling through the desert. Once again thanks Stav my fellow Canadian ;D

Just saw your pics and you look great, awesome seperation. I live in Ontario Can, so here we have 4 levels, Local, regional, provincials and Nationals. The show last year was very big local show where the mens open class had well over 30 comp. and I took the light-heavy and overall, it was an awesome feeling, so now I do the regional event. Next year I will do both the provincials and Nationals.

I am 5'8, wow I am severely disappointed with those pics above only because I haven't eaten any carbs in 8 weeks, so I just eat 14 bowls of oatmeal with 14 table spoons of brown suger ;D ;D ;D believe me it was better then heaven, over a course of 8 hours, don't worry guys i know perfectly well what I am doing. Know I will wait to drop a few pounds of water in the next hour or so and I am taking pictures and just basically experimenting for now, will post pics in a couple hours, BTW 14 bolws = 900 grams of carbs. 8)

I don't know exactly what your trying to ask, but if your referring to my comment about taking a little water out its only so I tighten up a bit for the pictures because 14 bowls of oatmeal will make anyone look like a sumo so I take the carbs in and draw the water out just for now but when I wake up back to the same old diet for the next 5 weeks, plan on having striated glutes, so obvioulsy this was my last cheat day, thanks guys will post pics when I hit 206, another 6 pounds.

Your major weak points are lats and calves. Work on your posing, too, and remember: "If you don't have it - don't hit it!" ;)

Thank you sir, Mandatory poses are almost in order but for some reason I use stupid poses when its just casual posing ;D, Calves are not weak, they are shittt 12 inches, but I think its genetics cause I've tried everything. Lats need more width for sure, hopefully this winter, cool

Stay away from direct back shots/comparisons in the posedown unless it's against a guy who has a worse back than you and is really tiny. The twisting one-arm biceps shot is good because it doesn't show how weak your back is. Hit 90% front and twisting shots in your routine and posedown and think of new poses so the judges don't see what you're doing there. ;) When the comp is all over with, work hard to bring up your back, since it really makes a difference in close competitions and you'll look much more complete and impressive.

And yes I am still natural..........for now ;D..........no promises for how long though :-*

I did a few papers on drugs that are used in sports and why... the positives and negatives, the benefits and the setbacks etc etc......... did some interviews of athletes who juiced etc, etc..........very popular papers.
But most of my papers I did in college focused on the juice. Just because it was a super hot topic then ( right at the beginning of the balco shit ) and i was geniuinely interested in it because of my love for bb'ing.

The pics where of 07 at 184 pounds, right now I'm 205 so I will know Friday how much I gained, should be 15 pounds min. in less then 18 months. Thanks for the compliments, thats what I need from here to wednesday evening when I finally get to eat ;D

Exactly. Old post to respond to, but I am very vascular even when I'm fat. Used to be a skinny 100lb twig and was still vascular. People made fun of me for being skinny and veiny, now those same mother fuckers are asking me what drugs, diets and training methods they can use to attain the level of vascularity I've got. For the most part, you either have it or you don't.
Drugs and diet can bring it out a little more, but only to a certain extent. Jay for example has been seen rocking some veins (look at his 2001 post O pics - insane), but is smoother than a baby's bottom when in insane contest conditioning without a vein in sight.
When I tried EQ it was pretty nuts. RBCs were too high though and didn't feel anything positive. EQ at a low dose may be good for collagen synthesis but aside from that, I think it's a really over rated steroid. Was considering trying vet grade but if shitty UGL quality EQ jacked up my RBCs that much it's probably something I should stay away from. Some guys get a little more vascularity from it but I think it's a little weak and probably wouldn't waste my time with it again. I got some free EQ that I just gave away because I think there are better options out there.

Did you get any sides regarding the higher RBCs? or was it readings from bloodwork?
Thats what EQ does it shoots RBC counts through the roof..
