I was 260 on Friday night
I looked progressively better all week.
i started carbing up Wednesday.
I got a lot of great response backstage.
once I got under the lights, I started to sweat, and it all fell to pieces.

A: I take nothing from Dexter, but I let this one fall out of my hands. The truth is, I feel like I still have the upper hand. I don't feel like anything will hold me back last year. I'm going to come back and win another one. I find Heath to be more of a threat next year, than Dexter.
I'm devestated that I lost the show. I'm not taking a year off. I'm going to keep doing my guest appearances. I still feel not a lot as changed. I'm still going to be as busy, and as respected. It's looking like next year's Olympia winner will be the best ever.

good for Jay for being honest. and not totally saying the usual "I let it slip away"...dex was clearly the most consistent of the two. Already looking forward to next year. Dex,Jay,Phil and maybe a Ronnie return...the best Olympia possible in 2009..

Anyone notice how no one has mentioned the dude who can kick all their asses easily, and did last year, Victor Martinez. All I hear is Cutler,Jackson, Heath.....if Victor can attain shape of last year when he WON the Olympia.......its lights out

Next year will be good with Phil, Wolf, Dex, Jay, Victor.
One guy who is a darkhorse next year is Moe Elmoussawi (sp? lol). That guy gets absolutely freaky shredded and has good structure - if he adds some quality weight LOOK OUT.

So much for progress. Dorian was 260 and SHREDDED back in 95. Cutler would be 240 in the same condition.

His right leg and arms have been down for years now, no way can he fix that next year. His lats were waaay down this year (they've never been great) and especially his left lat. His waist is still wide as heck and won't be shrinking anytime soon. I don't think he'll win next year.

I like jay, he is down to earth, doesn't talk shit and seems to be a realist when discussing the topics at hand. He is obviously intelligent, I hope that he is monitoring his health and will accept the fact when the time is right to retire from the game.

Next year will have Martinez, Dex, Heath, Wolf and Hidetada, all potential Mr O winners.
Hidetada of course, will have to train with Milos for 3 weeks to be able to do it.
Anyways, Jawson Gutler doesn't stand a chance.

Hidetada doesn't have the structure nor the muscle shape to compete. He's a bottom feeder. Yes, he can get into condition, but he's got that "sausage arms" look. He's a better, but Japanese version of Kamali
Vic looked his best when he won the NOC and the GNC (at the GNC he had a gut). We've haven't seen the best of Heath yet, nor have we've seen the best of Wolf. Hopefully Wolf will not be another Gunter.
