Title: Al Davis Sucks

With Al Davis at the helm the Raiders will be a absolute dysfunctional organization...he couldn't stand when Jon Gruden was running the organization and refused to pay him or give him any say...ever since they have been terrible.

Yep. Both won rings after being fired and having to fight for their compensation.

How can anyone succeed when the team has no GM and all personnel decisions go through a man with one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel?

Off subject, but how about Joe Torre in the playoffs while the Yankees are sitting at home?

Nice. I'm not a big baseball fan, but I didn't like the way the Yankees handled Torre. I hope the Dodgers win it.

That would be sweet justice. They should beat the Cubs, but need to at least win the NL before he's got true redemption. Winning one series isn't enough, I don't think.
