Title: Just getting interested in the race for the Whitehouse.

Even if you were an ardent Obama fan what are his major drawbacks and what do you worry about if he became president?


I know all the drawbacks for MCcain  they are trumpeted all over the media here!

Not an Obama fan, but I think his major drawbacks are:

- His lack of experience.
- His lack of military experience with the U.S. involved in two wars and other possible conflicts on the horizon.
- His poor judgment, including a twenty-year association with Rev. Wright and his horrible call on the surge.
- His stubbornness, which is a leadership flaw, including his inability to admit he was wrong about the surge.
- His desire to spend money we don't have.
- His attempt to play class warfare by pitting groups against each other (the "middle class" vs. the "wealthy" and "corporations" vs. everyone else).
- His desire to raise taxes (income taxes and capital gains taxes).
