Right now it the whatever I want diet...LOL...No fast food though, I just completely lost the taste for it...Pizza doesnt count as fast food does it???...
My offseason is pretty much like my contest diet just more of it and especially more fats this year, Lean Ground beef, Lean Ground Turkey, Tilapia, rice, Sweet potato, Low sugar Oats, Waxy Maize, Whey, EVOO...On the weekends I will just be doing a calorie load...

I eat both of those everyday, and ALOT of it :)steak digests so slowly you can pretty much binge on the stuff and it wont add fat to your body ( as long as its relatively lean).. ill sometimes go to a steak buffet in a neighboring town and just go to town.. probably end up eating around 10lbs of steak.. ;D

200-205 lbs...Just been maintaning since the USA's...Started training training intense and heavy three weeks ago, another couple of weeks and its time to start shoveling in the clean food and making a push to 220 then competing again sometime in 2010...

yeah its really good actually. well certain things are and certain things arent. the steak is great and thats what matters though. ( i also like the onion/bellpepper stir fry and their bourbon street chicken too). its pretty cheap, dont remember exactly, but definitely cheeaper than i had expected it to be.

yeah i am i have a stockpile of whey isolate and im drinking a ton of simple carbs post workout anyway so i just combine the two 50/50... i dont get fat but like i said before it wouldnt work for anybody else unlss they were supplementing similar to me...
oh and thats spread over several hours and shakes too.. i dont have any appetite for a few hours post workout for some reason...
however im changing that with a switch in regimin shortly...

whats your carb sources?
ive got a new tip for you...when your in a caloric defecit the glycemic ratings dont matter and your better off using lower calorie carbs like white rice (no protein or fat) over brown rice (a little protein and fat)... :) ... and if you eat any nuts, find out the g of fat in the nats and replace that with an oil...youll lose some calories from the trace carbs and proteins in then nuts by doing that.... :D
