I've eaten potato's, whole grain bread and occasionally brown rice for the last 3 months. I don't see why people get sick of eating the same thing.

I like how in the first min he suggests swapping a potato which is "you can't have" for cauliflower with BUTTER!! ha ha

Was at a restaurant once and got a dish made out of cauliflower that was a sub for mashed potatoes, it was excellent. Couldn't really tell the difference.
