Title: What happen with Jay's chest?

Watching his left chest (right for the viewers) I noticed a strange nipple shape. I first thought it was a gynacomastica-thing but that seems to be strange since his other nipple looks fine.

i know back some years he had developed little gyno, could be from having it removed or recently having some more removed.

that is what somones nipple looks like when a shitload of gyno is removed.

Yep. Lotsa folks have had it done. It gives a "caved-in" look. I suppose it better than little swollen lumps of titty.
