His cardio is piss poor... unless he was doing hill repeats before the video started. Dude has some muscle.

It is Scott Able....I have the 5 DVD's.....you can find them on Demonoid......WASTE OF SPACE if you ask me.....I was going to post the workout routine he gives...but I deleted the POS series.

I don't see how that is something special. He bounces and catches the ball and extends a few inches. It would be great just to do puchups on that thing and uses your core muscle and other to stabilize. But the bouncing up and down on the ball ruins it. It is still doing somthing but not more than just doing a normal pushup on the ball. That is what I see,
